Job Description We are seeking an experienced and engaged Service Manager for our Telephony services. As Service Manager, you will, together with a colleague, be responsible for the operation, maintenance and refinement of our Telephony services to provide a good user experience for both internal and external parties. You will also participate in further development and innovation within the area. You will work closely with management, team members, other internal colleagues and external suppliers to ensure that services / products meet our requirements and needs. In your role, you will lead other team members in their daily work. An important part of the role is to keep yourself updated within the field through, for example, environmental monitoring. Qualifications We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and drives processes forward and works well with complex issues. You can plan, organize and prioritize as part of your work. Furthermore, you are calm, stable and work well with other people by being attentive and communicative. You continuously maintain your specialist knowledge. We are looking for someone who has: • Complete upper secondary education or other education in combination with work experience that Kriminalvården considers relevant • Several years of experience in the Telephony technical field • Experience in managing and leading others • Experience working with IT suppliers • Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English It is also a merit to have: • Training in Telephony • ITIL certification • Experience managing / collaborating with external service providers in the telephony field • Experience working according to ITIL, PM3 or similar • Experience with project work, for example via the PPS model • Experience with budget work • Experience working within Kriminalvården • Experience in environmental monitoring and ability to provide suggestions for the way forward within the field • Knowledge of IT security • Knowledge of networks, communication technology and servers NOTE!
