Job Description We are seeking an experienced and committed Service Manager for our Digital Meeting Services. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for operations, maintenance, and improvement of our Digital Meeting Services (e.g., video conferencing service, video systems, and meeting room technology) to provide a good user experience for both internal and external parties. You will also have the opportunity to participate in further development and innovation within this area. You will work closely with department leaders, team members, other internal colleagues, and external vendors to ensure that services / products meet our requirements and needs. Your role includes leading other team members in their daily work. An important part of the role is staying current in the field through, for example, environmental scanning. Qualifications We are seeking someone who takes responsibility and drives processes forward and works well with complex issues. You can plan, organize, and prioritize as part of your work. Furthermore, you are calm, stable, and work well with other people by being responsive and communicative. You continuously maintain your specialist knowledge. We are seeking someone who has: • Completed upper secondary education or other education in combination with work experience that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service considers relevant • Several years of experience in the Digital Meeting Services technical field • Experience in managing and leading others • Experience working with IT vendors • Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English It is also advantageous to have: • Education within the Digital Meeting Services field • ITIL certification • Experience operating Digital Meeting Services in-house • Experience working according to ITIL, PM3, or similar frameworks • Experience with project work, e.g., via the PPS model • Experience with budget work • Experience working within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service • Experience with environmental scanning and ability to provide suggestions for the way forward in this field • Knowledge of IT security • Knowledge of networks, communications technology, and servers Other Information The Swedish Prison and Probation Service has chosen to eliminate the personal statement and replace it with selection questions relevant to the position.
