We are seeking reliable and responsible personal assistants for an 18-year-old boy. The work requires that you have good personal maturity, are confident in yourself, and can create a safe and predictable environment. As a personal assistant, you will work in the user's home and in everyday situations. Therefore, you need to be comfortable working independently, but also have good collaboration skills. The work involves varying working hours, including days, evenings, and overnight shifts. Requirements: A driver's license and access to a car are required as the workplace is located outside the city center. Previous experience in assistance or care is a plus but not required – we place great emphasis on personal suitability. The position is provided through an established assistance organization.
