YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement a market business development strategy – from new segments to partnerships; Create and implement competitive rental policies; Monitor market profitability and investment efficiency; Optimize market operations with targeted cost reduction; Lead customer experience improvement and visitor attraction initiatives; Implement digital and innovative solutions that modernize the market's daily operations. WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: Higher education in business management or an equivalent field; At least 3 years of experience in organizational or business development and management; Experience in change management, team development, and strategic planning; Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to inspire and persuade; Developed analytical thinking, creativity, and results-oriented approach; Excellent computer skills (Microsoft 365, analytical tools); Latvian language proficiency at C2 level.
