We are seeking engaged and flexible nurses who want to work as temporary shift workers in the evenings and/or nights in our on-call operations. You can work individual shifts or longer continuous temporary assignments/periods. You will have the opportunity to contribute with good care and support for our patients. About the Position You will work when our regular nurses have vacation, become ill, or have other absences. You are the central coordinator and are responsible for ensuring that prescribed care measures are carried out. A driver's license is required so you can travel to patients and perform medical assessments on-site. Many of our patients have multiple conditions, which requires you to have comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions, as well as an interest in elderly people. There are always two nurses on duty, so you have a colleague nearby. A doctor is also always available by phone 24/7. Your work tasks include: Telephone advice Medical assessments Medication management Supervise care staff What We Offer: We offer wellness benefits through Epassi even for temporary employees. The benefit is calculated based on hours worked and can be granted when the employment rate reaches at least 75% of full-time. The amount is adjusted proportionally according to employment rate, up to a maximum of 5,000 kr per year. About You For this position you need: Be a licensed nurse Class B driver's license and good driving experience Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you also have: Experience from on-call services and telephone advice, elderly care, or home health care. Specialist training in elderly care and/or palliative care. You enjoy working with patients who often have multiple conditions, you have an interest in elderly people, and you possess comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation, which allows you to safely handle this important part of the work. You have good collaboration skills, which you will benefit greatly from as we work in teams based on patient needs. In your role as a nurse, you have a care responsibility, which suits you as someone who is structured and clear in communication. This means you take over responsibility from the nurses at our eight elderly care facilities, home health care, group living facilities for people with disabilities, and social psychiatry.
