JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a security officer, you work in a team during evenings, weekends, and early nights, finishing as late as 02:00. You serve all of the municipality's residents, with a focus on children and young people. Through your presence, conversations, and activities—both spontaneous and planned—you build relationships, support residents, and contribute to creating a safe environment for those living and working here.
As a security officer, you work proactively and are a mobile resource who moves around by vehicle and on foot throughout the municipality. You are present in places that feel unsafe or where many children and young people gather. In your work, you collaborate with various actors such as police, social services, and schools. You serve as a trusted adult who supports and guides the municipality's children and young people.
QUALIFICATIONS
We seek creative, energetic, flexible people who are easy to work with. You love interacting with people and have previous experience in a social profession—such as security officer, youth leader, community organization leader, school staff, or similar work.
You have a complete high school diploma. A requirement for the position is previous experience working with children and young people. You must have a B driver's license and access to a car. Being multilingual is a merit.
An extract from the police's criminal record register and suspicion register must be provided before starting employment. We are seeking several temporary employees, preferably with diverse backgrounds and experience. Don't hesitate to submit your application today!
