JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a substitute teacher, you support the school when regular staff are absent. Assignments vary from a few hours to full days or longer periods, and you become an important part of the students' school day. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and positive. You have a talent for building good relationships, leading groups, and creating a productive classroom environment. You work independently while also appreciating collaboration with colleagues and student support staff. For this position, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma with passing grades, and have strong knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is a plus if you have completed SFI D with passing grades. A driver's license and access to your own car are advantageous, as work is often offered on short notice and the commute time is one hour. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
