Read more about us on our website www.kooperativetsmil.se About Me: I'm a 30-year-old guy with cerebral palsy, living in Bunkeflostrand in my own part of a large house. I need help with everything in daily life, including personal care, meals and tube feeding, help with transfers and training. Laundry, organizing my things and aids are also included. I communicate using Bliss/widget communication board, sounds, and body language - AAC (augmentative and alternative communication). You'll be my support in contact with others. Some days I attend a day activity program where you accompany me as my personal assistant. I enjoy planning and doing things. Music is a big interest - I love going to concerts, theater, dance, and sports events. I also like being out in nature and around town. You might also support me on trips, camps, or other outings. You must have patience and an interest in helping me develop my communication, including via computer. A requirement is that you speak Swedish well and understand nuances in the language. Be attentive and responsive to my needs and wishes. You need to be organized, calm, and patient, but also proactive, able to take initiative, and enjoy being active during your workday. Someone who sees possibilities instead of obstacles. Personal chemistry is of course important, as is good physical health. It's nice if you play an instrument. A driver's license is a plus. Non-smoker. We have animals in the house. We particularly welcome someone with experience from similar work and preferably training in healthcare, pedagogy, social work, or similar. Working Hours and Schedule: The position involves mixed hours and on-call work with short notice, which requires flexibility on your part.
