We offer flexible work with varied tasks! What Does the Work Involve? The work involves you serving as a substitute teacher and substitute in after-school programs at Ulriksdalsskolan and Järvastadens skola. As a substitute teacher, you will be called in as needed and replace regular staff during shorter absences. In your role as a substitute teacher, you will conduct lessons in the classroom and in the after-school program based on the regular teacher's planning. We are looking for substitute teachers in two areas: middle and upper grades, and lower grades and after-school programs. Substitute Teacher for Middle and Upper Grades You teach in different grade levels and subjects within the middle and upper grades. Assignments vary depending on the needs of the activities and involve you being responsible for carrying out planned instruction in the regular teacher's absence. Substitute Teacher for Lower Grades and After-School Programs You teach in different grade levels within the lower grades and conduct lessons based on the regular teacher's planning. During the school day, you also support students and teachers in the classroom. Your assignment also includes work in the after-school program, where you participate in activities with children ages 6–12 before and after school. Who Are We Looking For?
