Hagabackens skola is a smaller school with preschool class through grade 4 as well as an after-school program. Here you'll find close relationships, a family atmosphere, and good opportunities to get to know the students. The school is located in a beautiful setting with proximity to nature, which is a natural part of the school's activities. We see the entire school day as an opportunity for learning and development, in the classroom, on the schoolyard, and at the after-school program.
Storåskolan is a school for students in grades 5–9 with approximately 200 students. The school is beautifully situated on the northern shore of Råsvalens and is surrounded by Bergslags forest, which provides wonderful opportunities for activities and outdoor recreation. At Storåskolan, good relationships, knowledge, and student participation are at the center. We actively work for a safe school environment where all students feel seen and have the opportunity to develop as far as possible.

JOB DUTIES
As a substitute teacher, you may have the opportunity to work in different parts of the school operations, for example as a substitute in teaching, as support for students, or in after-school activities. The tasks vary based on the school's needs.
When you substitute in teaching, there is ready-made lesson planning to support the instruction. If you work as a resource, there is always a teacher responsible for the lesson where you provide assistance. As a pedagogical assistant, you work both at the after-school program and in the school together with others.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is responsible, confident, and flexible, and who enjoys meeting with children and young people.
When we recruit, we primarily look at education and experience working with children and young people, but also personal suitability, mainly based on whether you have a genuine interest in students' development and want to contribute to a safe and positive school day. We want you to have completed upper secondary school and have passing grades in Swedish, English, and Mathematics. A driver's license and access to a car are preferred.
