We're looking for temporary personal care assistants. Work Hours Work hours will vary depending on which service user you work with. This may include overnight shifts, daytime, evening shifts, and on-call sleeping shifts. You work both weekdays and weekends. Orientation Before your first shift, you will be introduced by a supervisor on site, where you'll learn the work tasks, routines, and the service user's needs. You will also complete web-based training and complete medication delegation. 4 position(s). WORK TASKS The assignments include comprehensive care work, where you need to be comfortable working independently and physically actively. It is a responsible and meaningful role where you make a real difference for another person every day. You may have assignments with one or several service users. You work in the service user's home but also collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals in the service user's environment. Work tasks may include: • Personal care, including bathing, toilet assistance, and hygiene routines • Transfers using assistive devices - this requires good technique and experience • Medication handling according to delegation • Support with meals, tube feeding may occur • Cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks • Social support and presence • Participation in activities, such as walks or outings • Documentation according to applicable routines in our systems QUALIFICATIONS Who are you? You have previously worked in personal care or another form of healthcare and are confident in your professional role. You are accustomed to taking responsibility, working independently, and acting professionally in different situations. Your commitment to good care is evident in your approach to service users, relatives, and colleagues. It is desirable that you have previously had medication delegation and have worked according to implementation plans and followed up on measures according to decisions. To thrive in this role, you need to be organized, have good judgment, and be able to build trusting relationships. We place special emphasis on empathy, service mindset, and integrity - qualities that are central to everything we do. Documentation is a natural part of the work, as is communication with service users, relatives, colleagues, and other professionals. Therefore, good knowledge of Swedish is required, both spoken and written.
