The Staffing Center is a municipal operation and is responsible for Huddinge Municipality's temporary staff management within its own operations. Our mission is to staff and recruit temporary workers for various support service activities during short-term absences such as illness, vacation, or training. We are currently seeking temporary staff for our LSS support service activities. As a temporary worker in support services, you can work at: Group homes Service housing Personal assistant Daily activities Our activities are spread throughout Huddinge, and to find out which activities you are interested in working at, you will answer questions in your application. The assignment also includes medication management following delegation from a nurse. Your Profile To be relevant for work, you need to be available at least three days a week. We have activities that are open 24 hours every day of the year. Therefore, you need to be able to work varying work hours that may occur during day and evening, both on weekdays and weekends. It may also include work during waking nights or on-call sleep duty. Since you work at different times of the day, particularly high demands are placed on flexibility. As a temporary worker, you need to be available on short notice. You who are applying for the position have experience working in support services. It is particularly meritorious if you have worked with personal care and have experience working with challenging behavior and low-affective approaches. It is also meritorious if you are trained as a nursing assistant or childcare worker. The work places high demands on initiative, cooperation, and problem-solving. You need to be confident in yourself and comfortable working with people who have a great need for continuity, structure, and care. Particular emphasis is placed on interaction, human values, and empathy. You master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.
