Read more and watch videos: https://www.taby.se/jobbamedfunk LSS In Täby Municipality, there are twelve group homes, six service apartments, and daily activities for people in the LSS target group with intellectual disabilities. Some individuals also have autism and physical disabilities. Group homes provide support 24/7. Service apartments are for people with some support needs but who manage much on their own. Daily activities are available for people without employment in the open job market. Social Psychiatry The municipality's social psychiatry provides support to people with psychiatric and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. The goal is to help individuals find ways to better balance and order in their lives. We have three residences for approximately 30 people. The different residences have common areas and varying levels of support. In addition, approximately 140 people receive daily support in their own apartments through residential support services. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who: Has a genuine interest in working within LSS and social psychiatry. Has knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD) and is familiar with low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy. Is flexible and engaged. Values collaboration and has a positive attitude. Has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The position requires that you have very good command of the Swedish language both spoken and written. You need to be able to speak, read, document, and understand instructions in Swedish. Your Responsibilities You will: Provide support and assistance to individuals with special needs in their daily lives. Create a safe and developmental environment for our residents. Collaborate with colleagues, family members, and other stakeholders. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. To be considered for employment, a certificate from the police criminal record registry is required; select "Check of own information."
