Since 1905, the Betaniahemmet Association has simplified daily life for people who need support due to functional disabilities. Every day, we work to ensure that all people have the opportunity to succeed.

Temporary staff are sought with the possibility of working day shifts, evenings, or weekends only.
We are looking for dedicated temporary staff who want to work with us and help create a safe, meaningful, and enriching daily life for people living in our facilities. Our residences are located in Västra Frölunda and Sisjön.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in people and wants to understand the person behind the functional disability. You are curious about the individual's communication, needs, interests, and abilities, and you have a respectful and attentive approach in your work.
In our work, we meet people and situations that can sometimes be challenging and require a lot from you as an employee. Situations may arise where a person reacts in a way that can be difficult to understand or handle. Therefore, you need to be calm, patient, and have the ability to maintain composure even when the situation becomes intense. You also need to want to understand what lies behind a person's reaction and be able to adapt your approach based on the individual's needs.
About the Position
The work takes place in other people's homes and on their terms. Therefore, it is important that you respect the individual's integrity, self-determination, and participation, and see each person as an individual with the right to a good life.
You have documented work experience in LSS and a strong commitment to the target group. You are confident in working independently, but also enjoy collaborating with colleagues. You follow routines and guidelines, notice needs, take your own initiatives, and contribute to a positive work environment.
We value that you can ask for help when needed, receive feedback, and are willing to develop and change your approach based on the individual's needs. You contribute to the work team by sharing information, supporting your colleagues, and taking shared responsibility for the activities.
