Preschool Skeppet in Bergkvara, Lanternan division, is open for guardians who need care in the evenings and on weekends. The operation focuses on creating a calm and safe environment where children can participate and influence their time. This happens through proximity and responsiveness to each individual. Activities take place based on the children's wishes and conditions together with the educator on site. On weekdays, dinner is served, and on weekends, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner as well as fruit are served. The food is prepared in the kitchen in Bergkvara and heated/served by evening and weekend staff. Together with the children, the educators create a safe operation that is based on each individual child's needs. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES We are looking for someone who wants to work as a temporary staff member at our preschool that provides evening and weekend childcare. We are open on weekday evenings 5:00 PM-10:00 PM and on weekends 6:00 AM-10:00 PM. Working hours are divided into day and evening shifts. QUALIFICATIONS You are trained childcare worker or have other adequate education and are a good pedagogical leader. We are looking for a creative and responsible person who finds it easy to collaborate with both colleagues, parents, and management, and who has good communication skills and experience working with children at preschool. You need to show an extract from the criminal record before you can start working with us. Salary form: Hourly wage. Type of employment: Fixed-term employment.
