We are seeking engaged and responsible hourly temporary staff for home care and residential care facilities. As a temporary hourly worker with us, you will play an important role in providing our clients with the care and support they need to live a safe and dignified life. Work Tasks: Personal care and hygiene Assistance and support with meals and medication Social activities and walks Assistance and support with daily tasks, cleaning, laundry, and errands Documentation and reporting Qualifications: Experience in care and support is a merit Good communication skills and empathy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability Driver's license is a requirement for home care work Ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, which is our working language Since we are the administrative municipality for Finnish and Meänkieli, it is a merit if you also speak one of these languages. The work requires digital documentation, so experience working with digital tools is an advantage.
