WORK TASKS As an hourly temporary employee, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference every day and work where the need is greatest. You can work in healthcare and elderly care, social psychiatry, the meals unit, or facility maintenance, and your tasks will vary depending on the operation. This could involve providing support in daily life, personal care and activities within healthcare and elderly care, preparing and serving meals, or keeping facilities clean and pleasant. Within social psychiatry, you can support people with mental health disabilities in their daily life and activities. The work is flexible and can be combined with studies or other commitments. Working hours may vary between day, evening, weekend, and sometimes night shifts. For certain work areas, such as schools and preschools, an extract from the criminal record is required. As an hourly temporary employee, high flexibility is required – you may be contacted with short notice for work. With us, every effort is valuable and you'll have meaningful work where your commitment counts. QUALIFICATIONS You have a pedagogical and motivating approach and enjoy creating good relationships. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as documentation is a natural part of the work. We view favorably if you have previously worked in the area you're applying for, but it's not a requirement. If you work with children or at short-term accommodation for children, an extract from the police register is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
