JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Are you interested in working as a substitute teacher, certified teacher, after-school assistant, or student assistant when regular staff are absent? We welcome your application to our central Staffing Unit to work within primary education. As a teacher substitute, you are responsible for conducting and leading instruction in accordance with the lesson plan provided by the regular teacher. If the school does not provide a lesson plan in advance, you may need to prepare one yourself. As an after-school assistant or student assistant, you will support students both during the school day and during after-school hours. Your role is to contribute to a safe, stimulating, and developmentally supportive learning environment where each child can develop according to their individual needs. As a temporary substitute, you will be offered flexible and meaningful work where you can plan your availability through our scheduling system Time Care Pool. We are looking for good availability and flexibility. As a temporary substitute, you will enjoy varied work and meet many new colleagues, giving you the opportunity to build a broad professional network and gain valuable experience. QUALIFICATIONS We strive for high quality in our operations. Therefore, there are several common criteria you need to meet in order to work for us. We are looking for someone who: • Is at least 18 years old • Has a final diploma from primary school in Swedish or Swedish as a second language • Has good customer service skills and communication ability • Has education or experience in the area where you want to work • We prefer that you have experience and education in the field, but it is not a requirement As a person, you are proactive, flexible, and communicative, and you can express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. You can work both independently and with others. We place great importance on personal qualities. It is desirable that you have a driver's license and access to a car.
