JOB DUTIES
Education in preschool is the first step in the educational journey for children and is an important foundation for their continued development and learning. We are looking for engaged staff members for Ockelbo's preschools who want to help create the best conditions for children's development.
As a temporary staff member in preschool, you will replace regular staff members on short notice during their absences. The work involves pedagogical work with children aged 1-5 years at one of our 5 preschools. This means that your workplace and working hours may vary depending on the facility's needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
We would like you to have education in pedagogy and/or previous experience with pedagogical work or working with children. You are driven by the opportunity to give children the best possible start based on each individual's circumstances and needs.
You are open, driven, and have good communication skills with children, colleagues, and guardians. Since communication is crucial for success in this position, it is a requirement that you have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
As a person, you are responsible and have a good ability to plan, organize, and collaborate to achieve the best possible results.
A driver's license is beneficial, but not required.
An extract from the criminal record register is required upon employment.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date or by agreement, End date: 2027-03-31.

For certain positions, a security clearance may be conducted as part of the recruitment process. A probationary period may be applied.
