Welcome to Alingsås! As an employee in our municipality, you have every opportunity to be part of developing our operations and your workplace. With nearly 4,000 employees, we are large enough to drive change while remaining small enough that each person can make an impact and have space for their ideas. There is room for innovative thinkers here. Together we create Alingsås!
The Social Services Department's work includes authority and service provision for target groups including children and youth, people with substance use issues, people with mental health challenges, people in need of subsistence support, and support due to domestic violence. We employ a process-oriented approach where collaboration, development, and continuous improvements drive us forward.
We are now seeking temporary staff for our residential unit. The unit consists of a supported living facility, a group home, and a service housing facility for people with mental health challenges, harmful substance use/addiction, or co-occurring conditions. As a temporary staff member, you will have the opportunity to work at all three facilities. We are seeking temporary staff for day, evening, and night shifts.
We warmly welcome your application!
