Bräcke home healthcare in Linköping is seeking registered nurses who want to work on an hourly basis. Here you will become part of Bräcke diakonala's collective mission in Linköping City Syd, where healthcare, care, and rehabilitation are located close together and collaborate around people who need support at home. Your role in the team In home healthcare you meet people who need healthcare and support in their own homes. Many are elderly or living with functional impairments and have contact with several parts of healthcare and social services. As a nurse, you contribute with both medical and nursing perspectives and work cross-professionally to ensure that services are coordinated. You work from Ramstorp's secure housing together with your nursing colleagues. The team also includes physiotherapists and occupational therapists, with close collaboration with Bräcke's three home care services. You also support care staff in healthcare matters and contribute your assessment when a patient's needs change. You don't need to have worked in home healthcare before, but you are curious about work where healthcare, care, and rehabilitation meet around the same people. You are confident in making assessments and prioritizing when something changes. You enjoy collaborating with other professions and are comfortable guiding care staff in healthcare matters. Qualifications Registered nurse license Experience with healthcare tasks Valid driver's license (category B) Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Good digital competence and ability to document in medical record systems Meritorious Experience in home healthcare Experience mentoring staff in nursing care Experience in geriatrics or palliative care Experience with the Treserva and Cosmic medical record systems We warmly welcome your application!
