The role of substitute staff with us In our school, we work together as a team, where everyone contributes and supports each other. As part of our team, you will have daily collaboration with the responsible teacher and activation pedagogue to create an accessible and adapted learning environment that meets students' unique needs, both at group and individual levels. You will also work within LSS short-term care. In the school, we often use the concept of low-arousal approach. This means handling difficult, stressful situations without reacting emotionally yourself. We also work with communication using signs and pictures, body language, and by activating different senses such as smell, hearing, and touch. Your profile You are patient, attentive, and skilled at building relationships. You meet difficult situations calmly and communicate effectively using various methods. As part of our team, you will work closely with others to create a safe and supportive environment. The ability to take responsibility and collaborate with others in an unpretentious and trusting manner is central to us. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. We place great importance on personal suitability.
