About the Job About Us Trollnäs Preschool is a cooperative located on Bergnäset in a scenic natural area. We have 20 children aged 1-6 years. The preschool focuses on sustainable development and works with Reggio Emilia-inspired approaches where we build on children's thoughts and ideas, with much of the teaching taking place outdoors in nature. As an employee at Trollnäs Preschool, you are responsible for ensuring our pedagogical approach permeates your work. You work actively and loyally with the preschool's daily tasks and pedagogical work based on our values platform, goals, and plans. Your Responsibilities We are looking for temporary staff who can cover for absent personnel or work as a resource and support in the activities. This means you are part of the work team and share responsibility for the children's day at preschool. You lead and support children through their daily routines, help with dressing and undressing, lead activities, and engage in their play. You may also handle tasks such as preparing meals and related routines like setting tables, washing dishes, and wiping tables. Part of the day is conducted outdoors where your role is to supervise and be present in the children's activities. You may also meet guardians during drop-off and pick-up.
