Job Duties: The assignment involves substituting at the preschool with children ages 1-5 years. You will participate in planned pedagogical activities. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who can contribute to a safe environment and who wants to challenge children in their development and learning. You meet children with respect and engage with them, showing curiosity about their interests. Together with the children, you reflect, collaborate, and discuss. You will be part of a team consisting of preschool teachers and childcare workers where you complement and inspire each other. You will work according to our governance documents, our core values, and our equal treatment plan. In a professional manner, you will work together with your colleagues to lay the foundation for children's joyful learning. Working together with your colleagues, you have the ability to adapt and prioritize your work approach based on the needs of the operation and the best interests of the children. Other Information: According to the Education Act, a criminal record certificate must be presented before you are employed in preschool operations. You can order this from the police website.
