We are now recruiting hourly temporary staff for our teams at Nytida öjebo AB. We offer training and a rewarding job where you make a difference! This position is an hourly temporary contract. About the Hourly Temporary Position We are seeking hourly temporary staff for our group homes Öjebo, Freskapelles, Garvarvägen, and our daily activities program Trogens. The group homes Öjebo and Freskapelles serve individuals diagnosed within the autism spectrum or with acquired brain injury; these facilities are located in Järvsö. Trogens daily activities program within LSS serves individuals diagnosed within the autism spectrum, intellectual disability, or acquired brain injury. The facility is located in Ämbarbo, in Ljusdal, and features nature-integrated activities. Garvarvägen is a group home under LSS serving individuals diagnosed within the autism spectrum or intellectual disability; the facility is located in Ljusdal. About the Role As a residential support worker, you will work based on each resident's individual needs and preferences, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Working together with other staff members, you will aim to make each day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meal planning, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time/activities. Your duties also include documentation and planning based on implementation plans. Work hours include daytime, evening, weekends, on-call sleep shifts, and nights. We work with individual adaptation based on Nytida's pedagogical framework, which is built on low-stimulation interaction, clear pedagogical practices, and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). You will have a coordinator working near you who dedicates part of their time to the facility. This could also be a future career opportunity for you. Your Experience and Knowledge You should have a high school education in healthcare and social care or equivalent qualification. You have strong Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing, good computer skills, and documentation experience. It is an asset if you have experience working with this target group. Beyond that, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support and help you grow.
