Hourly substitute staff sought for our operations in Rånäs Would you like to make a difference in people's daily lives? We are now seeking engaged and responsible hourly substitute staff for our three operations in Rånäs. Our operations serve individuals with mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, and comorbid conditions in our group home (Säbo), our residential care facility for continuous care, and our HVB. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people, flexibility, strong collaboration skills, and responsibility in your work. We would prefer that you are trained as a nursing assistant, care assistant, or social pedagogue. You may also have other relevant education or documented experience working in healthcare and social services. Swedish language skills (spoken and written) and a driver's license are required to work with us. Background checks will be requested as part of the recruitment process before employment.
