The Social Services Administration is responsible for services, support, and assistance to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Care Act, and we implement services regulated by these laws. All operations are characterized by putting the individual at the center to meet their needs. The assignment involves strong customer focus and service mindset. Joint staffing and scheduling consists of three units; Scheduling and Planning, Temporary Staff and Recruitment, and Resources and Administration, which are responsible for providing support to most of the Social Services Administration. 40 position(s). WORK TASKS With us in LSS and social psychiatry as well as elderly care, you will work to make a difference and help people in their daily lives. Here you can work in residential facilities, home care, service housing, group homes, personal assistance, short-term stays for children and youth, day activities, respite care, and companion services. Where you work depends on the operation's needs and your qualifications. You will support and assist users/customers/tenants. Work tasks that occur include household chores, cooking, personal care, verbal support, medication management, documentation, and social activities, etc. We are looking for someone who can work days, evenings, weekends, and/or nights. Joint staffing and scheduling handles both shorter and longer absences. At the interview, you will need to present a passport/national ID card (driver's license is not a valid form of identification), as well as any necessary work permit. You will also need to provide an extract from the criminal record, the extract is called Work with Elderly or Adults with Disabilities. QUALIFICATIONS • You must be 18 years old • Requirements for good Swedish in speech and writing • Advantageous to have a Class B driver's license • Advantageous to be able to cycle You organize and plan your work well, work according to a clear process where you complete what you start. You set timeframes and meet deadlines. You take active initiative in social settings, step forward, and have an easy time creating new relationships and maintaining them. You have the resources required for change or problem-solving. You do your best by doing what you can right now. You quickly find solutions to problems that arise. Salary form: Hourly wage.
