Work Tasks Your work with us involves providing care, service, and health care services to people in their homes. You work closely with those we support and contribute to their security and well-being, both in everyday life and through customized services. Replaces regular employees during leave or sick leave. Provides users with good care, support, and social engagement based on their individual needs. Assists and helps users with personal hygiene, meals, cleaning, and other care services. Performs delegated health and care services from licensed personnel, such as medication administration and rehabilitation training. Documents performed services in accordance with applicable guidelines. Within home care, you move between users on foot, by bicycle, or by car. In your work, you may come into contact with both pets and tobacco smoke, as we provide services in individuals' home environments. You will have close contact with users, which requires you to be attentive, responsible, and have a positive view of people. Introduction and Support You are offered guidance and introduction to the operations. You will receive introduction and information on, among other things, moving techniques, medication handling, documentation, and our hygiene routines. Are You the Person We Are Looking For? We are looking for you who: Have secondary education in care and support, study in care professions, or have experience in care work. Are responsible, flexible, and have a positive view of people. Find it easy to collaborate but can also work independently. Have genuine commitment to making a difference in other people's lives. For work within home care, a Class B driver's license and the ability to cycle are required. You must also be able to speak and write Swedish fluently and be at least 18 years old. Before employment, you need to show a passport or national ID. If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU/EES, you also need to show your work permit. This is so we can verify your identity and your right to work in Sweden. Before employment, we want you to provide a valid criminal record extract.
