About the Position
Hourly positions in healthcare and support services as well as support functions. Work is scheduled during day/evening/weekend/night shifts. The operations we are recruiting for are:
Healthcare and Support Services
Specialized residential care
Home care services
Preventive day activities
Support Functions
Housing with special services (BMSS)
Short-term stays, short-term supervision, and housing with special services for children and youth
Social psychiatry
Personal assistance
Employment services area
Main Responsibilities
All the people we support are unique. Therefore, we work according to individual implementation plans that describe what each service user/care recipient needs support with. The work is structured and may vary between different operations.
Examples of tasks that occur in all operations:
Perform care services such as personal hygiene (for example, showering, toilet visits, meals, etc.) based on individual needs
Perform household and service tasks (for example, cleaning, cooking, and laundry) and support indoor and outdoor activities
Work in digital systems (Lifecare, MCSS, Medvind, and others)
Perform healthcare services based on delegation
Qualifications
It is important that you are a confident person with the ability to meet service users/care recipients in a professional manner by being attentive and accommodating in your interactions. Furthermore, you have a positive view of people with great respect for each person's need for support.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Required Competencies
At least 18 years old
Basic computer skills
Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing; it is required that you can communicate with service users/care recipients as well as family members and colleagues.
Read and participate in documentation and delegation
Meritorious
Secondary education: Healthcare and support program, Children and leisure program with focus on pedagogy or social work
Ongoing studies in behavioral sciences and/or healthcare professions
Previous experience working in healthcare and support and/or support services
Experience working with people with challenging and acting-out behavior
Class B driver's license (preferably access to your own car)
Fluent sign language skills
Cycling experience
Scope and Start Date
Type of Employment: hourly employment based on operational needs.
Start Date: by agreement
Working Hours
Day/evening/weekend/awake night/on-call night
Additional Information
