JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a temporary substitute, you will be right in the middle of operations, so it is expected that you are flexible and can quickly familiarize yourself with different routines. Here you will have the opportunity to meet many people, experience several different workplaces, make contacts, and gain valuable experience and references for future work. You will have the opportunity to work at several of our preschools and our adapted primary school for shorter or longer assignments. We use TimeCare Pool where you indicate your availability through our Staffing Unit. We hope you can be available on short notice when we call, even if you receive a call from us early in the morning. Work tasks at the adapted primary school may vary depending on individual students' and the group's needs. You will work at both group and individual levels with tasks that support students' development throughout the school day. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with an interest in working with children, who takes responsibility, has strong social competence, and good teamwork skills. It is a merit if you have education in child and youth work or have experience working with children and young people. As a temporary substitute, you have the ability and willingness to do good work. You are skilled at collaborating with others and relate to people in a responsive and flexible manner. You demonstrate honesty, trustworthiness, and humility. We expect you to have a good view of humanity and to show respect for your colleagues and for service users/care recipients. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Salary form: Hourly wage. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 11 days - 3 months, start date: Start date by agreement. Work hours: Daytime.
