During fall 2026, the elderly care and support administration needs to bring on temporary workers for various operations. Then you could be one of the people we're looking for! 15 position(s). WORK TASKS Ordinary Residence (Home Care) The work involves supporting people with various needs in their regular homes. The tasks are varied and include, for example, personal care, delegated healthcare tasks, and service activities such as laundry, cooking, and social interaction. Much of the work is performed independently. Care and Support Residences/Short-term Residences (Elderly Housing) The residences have shared spaces both indoors and outdoors for socializing and activities. Here you work in a team and the tasks include personal care, assistance with meals, delegated healthcare tasks, and activating residents through, for example, crafts, bingo, walks, music, and reading. Group Housing Here you work to provide educational support, care, and service that contributes to a meaningful, secure, and developmental life for people with functional variations. In your work tasks, you are responsible for care and support with personal hygiene, laundry, meals, cleaning, community contacts, and support with leisure activities. The work often uses alternative communication methods such as pictures, signs, and symbols. Service Residence This is a middle ground between independent living in your own apartment and an apartment in group housing. Here you provide the user with support based on their circumstances. The goal is to offer basic security in daily life where you function as social support and help residents get structure in their everyday routines. Short-term Residence for Children and Youth There are two residences for short-term visits and supervision for children and youth with functional limitations. Here children can stay during the day or overnight for recreation and environmental change. Our goal is for children to feel secure and feel good, as well as have fun and learn new things according to their needs. Personal Assistant In this role, you assist the user in their daily living. The work is independent and often includes significant care tasks in personal hygiene and mobility assistance. You are the user's extended arm in everyday life where you join various daily activities based on the person's interests. Daily Activities At daily activities, participants with functional variations work according to individually adapted needs. There are participant groups in, for example, creativity and arts, kitchen, café, garden, video games, park, and service/cycling group. You support participants in their respective activities and assist with meal situations and, if needed, with care tasks such as personal hygiene. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for you who have completed or are currently pursuing a care education, childcare education, or other equivalent education. If you also have previous work experience in care and education, that is a merit. Alternatively, we are looking for you with other equivalent experience working with people in need of support or experience from service professions. As a person, you are very positive and solution-oriented, you are engaged and curious in your work, and you have a high sense of responsibility. Furthermore, you should be responsive to care recipients' needs and have a genuine interest in helping other people. It is very important that you can cooperate well with other colleagues and that you contribute with work enthusiasm. You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing so you can communicate with users but also to document events and other information in your work. Some digital skills are also required since much of the work—both your work schedule and documentation—is handled via apps. It is a merit if you have a driver's license, and also if you have experience and knowledge of alternative communication methods. We will also prioritize you if you are flexible—both in being able to work in multiple areas but also if you are flexible regarding working irregular hours, i.e., working both daytime, evenings, and weekends. Some work locations also include night work. Due to the Work Environment Authority's requirements for care work, you must be 18 years old.
