WORK DUTIES As a temporary worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference every day and work where the need is greatest. You can work in healthcare and nursing, social psychiatry, meal services, or facility maintenance, and your duties will vary depending on the operation. This can involve providing support in daily life, personal care and activities within healthcare and nursing, preparing and serving meals, or keeping facilities clean and pleasant. Within social psychiatry, you can support people with mental health disabilities in daily life and activities. The work is flexible and can be combined with studies or other commitments. Work hours can vary between day, evening, weekend, and sometimes night shifts. For certain work areas, such as schools and preschools, a criminal record extract is required. As a temporary worker, high flexibility is required – you may be contacted at short notice for work assignments. QUALIFICATIONS You have a pedagogical and motivating approach and enjoy building good relationships. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is a natural part of the work. We view previous experience in your area of interest positively, but it is not required. If you work with children or in short-term care facilities for children, a criminal record extract is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
