JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Home care is an activity within care and elderly services, where the resident's wishes and needs are always at the center.
We provide qualified care and services within home care. The role involves working with one of the best and most rewarding things there is - making everyday life meaningful for our care recipients.
Being professional is just as much about good treatment and understanding of other people's needs and feelings as it is about performing care tasks and providing service.
You shall meet the care recipient's individual needs for care and service in their own home, based on granted support according to the Social Services Act.
Work is planned and documented in the municipality's data system Pulsen Combine.
It is important that you always treat care recipients and their relatives in a warm and respectful manner.
We operate day/evening/night shifts as well as weekend service.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with experience working with people. You are responsible, have a clear approach, and can work independently. You need to be confident in yourself and comfortable working with people who have a great need for security, continuity, and structure. Your work is characterized by our values.
