You will also have contact with family members and participate in social documentation. Home Care If you work in home care, you meet people in their own homes. Here you will help users with personal care such as hygiene, meals, social activities, accompaniment to doctors/community visits, and certain health and medical care services based on users' individual needs. Your work may also include everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Support Services Housing Our users are people of various ages, and those you help have varying functional limitations and need different levels of help and support in daily life. The work includes contacts with family members, guardians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and schools. Usually practical tasks are also included, such as cooking and housework. The work can sometimes be both challenging and physically demanding, which requires that you are confident in yourself. Personal Assistance As a personal assistant, you are human support to the user and should create opportunities for the person to live as independently as possible. Those you help have varying functional limitations and need different levels of help and support in daily life. You will participate in leisure activities, visits to shops, meals, dressing, and personal hygiene. The assignment also includes practical tasks that occur in a home, such as cooking and housework. The work can sometimes be both challenging and physically demanding, which requires that you are confident in yourself. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is empathetic, engaged, calm, and responsible with a genuine interest in working with people. Qualifications To be relevant in this recruitment, you need to meet the following: • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, orally and in writing • Good computer skills • Driver's license (for home care and support services) • Work 2 days per week • Extract from the Police's criminal record register called verification of own information Meritorious It is meritorious if you: • Relevant education for the profession • Relevant experience in the profession • Experience with the current target group • A few years of work experience We place great emphasis on demeanor and personal suitability.
