We are now seeking new team members to work as personal assistants for our client in Degerfors. The position is initially on an as-needed basis and will primarily involve evenings and nights as well as weekends.
Who am I?
I am a woman in my 30s with my own residence in Degerfors. On weekdays, I attend a daily activity program with my assistant. I enjoy spending time with my family and also with my assistants.
My functional variation, which is autism, means I have personal assistance around the clock and need support in everything I do during the day. This includes helping me with personal care and hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals.
My functional variation also means I experience seizures, so if you have experience with this, that's a plus.
Here's what a day with me can look like:
The day can vary depending on which shift you work. For example, if you work an afternoon shift, we might go for a walk, go shopping, or do some fun activity.
Since I have my own residence, you will naturally help me with things like meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
Who are you?
For this position, we would like someone who spreads joy in the workplace, both for the client and for other colleagues.
You are responsible and follow the procedures in place at the workplace.
If you have experience working with people with NPF diagnosis, that is a merit.
For this position, we only accept applications from female candidates according to the client's request.
It is important that you speak Swedish well, as you will represent the client in interactions with other people.
About the position:
The position is initially on an as-needed basis.
Working hours are primarily 15.30-21.30 or 21.30-07.00 (awake night shift) and on weekends 08-20 or 20-08.
Double assistance may occur during parts of certain shifts.
