Your role as hourly substitute staff
As hourly substitute staff at Bräcke Home Care, you'll have a social and varied job with lots of movement. You work when regular staff are on leave or absent, and help our customers at home with personal care, practical tasks, and other support. You work largely independently, but have colleagues to consult and collaborate with.
We need hourly substitute staff who can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. When you start, you'll receive practical training with regular staff so you get to know our working methods, the area, and the customers before working more independently.
The job includes, among other things:
Assistance with personal care
Light household services
Support with meals and other parts of the day
Delegated health and medical care tasks
Documentation
Traveling between customers by bicycle, on foot, or by car

In Linköping we have home care services in Valla/T1, Berga, and Stolplyckan, with services also at our four safety-focused housing facilities. As hourly substitute staff, you can work in our home care groups or in our night patrol. The area also has our home healthcare and home rehabilitation services, which brings together various professions and expertise. Here you'll learn about the services, work with knowledgeable colleagues, and build contacts that could be valuable if you want to continue in care and social services.

Qualifications
You can speak and write Swedish at a level that allows you to communicate with customers and colleagues and document in the work
You can travel between our customers in the way the work requires
Meritorious
Completed or ongoing education in care and social services
Experience with home care, elderly care, or other care and social services
Experience with night work
B-class driver's license
