WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU, an engaged and curious childcare provider. You should be well familiar with the preschool curriculum. Together with preschool teachers and other colleagues, you will be responsible for the educational work and creating conditions for enjoyable learning based on the preschool curriculum. Together you will be responsible for driving the team's work toward its goals. You have the desire to try and develop new working methods and the ability to engage children in educational and creative activities in collaboration with the team and in dialogue with parents. We are looking for a childcare provider with the mindset that children can succeed when given the opportunity. Our work is characterized by clear respect for the individual as well as good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. We work to create a safe, fun, and educational environment for our children, offering them an exciting and creative setting. We view the outdoor environment as an important resource, and much of the educational activities are conducted outdoors, both in the yard and in the forest. You should have good collaboration skills, be service-oriented, and work quality-consciously with children, colleagues, and guardians. You must be able to express yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. About Us Olympica Preschool has two departments located in two buildings with proximity to forest. We provide guardians with a clear thread throughout our activities to create security and high quality for our children. Olympica has a profile focused on sports, play, and movement, as well as strong work with respect for every person and equal value for all.
