About Villa Kristineberg The residence opened in March 2026 and consists of 60 apartments distributed across three floors with a focus on dementia and somatic care. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant common areas for socializing and meals. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people ages 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to add a special touch to the lives of our residents. You will have a group manager who spends most of their time working close to you in operations. Becoming a group manager can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We incorporate animals in our care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and understand what they need. At the same time, you learn a great deal about care, aging, and how to treat people with respect. You work closest to the residents and thus have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
