JOB DUTIES
Working in home care means you get a mobile job where you visit people at home who, due to age, illness, or functional variations, need support to manage living at home. You provide good care and support in personal hygiene and meals, as well as support and help our users with various services such as shopping and cleaning.
We work on assignment from the municipality according to assistance decisions in regular housing.
The job also includes documenting the services provided based on the implementation plans we have created according to the Social Services Act. You will actively participate in quality and development work, and you will perform health and medical services on delegation.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are educated as a nursing assistant or who have previous experience working in elderly care.
A driver's license is a requirement as well as fluent Swedish in both speech and writing. Experience working with medical record systems and other operational systems is highly desirable.
