About Unika Bångbro
Unika LSS Mellan operates several activities within LSS in the region with a focus on security, participation, and individualized support. We are currently seeking flexible temporary staff members for our operation in Bångbro.
Our activities are directed toward people with disabilities, and we work from a salutogenic and pedagogical approach where the individual's needs, resources, and self-determination are at the center.
The activities differ in both target group and working methods, which means a varied and developmental work environment for you as an employee.

This position is a temporary hourly position where there are good opportunities to work extensively according to the organization's needs. There are also opportunities to develop further with us at Unika.
Qualifications
You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive way, and you enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

Requirements:
Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
Experience working in health and care
Meritorious if you also have:
Secondary education such as a child and recreation program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as special education teacher, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant area.
Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal approaches.
Worked with complex support needs.
