Job Responsibilities
Your role with us will be to meet our elderly residents who need help and support in their daily lives, provide personal care and assistance to our clients. Your work will be to be there for someone who needs you, to facilitate and enable things in everyday life that many of us take for granted. Your contribution may also include delegated tasks and HSL assignments from licensed personnel, such as wound care and medication administration. Documentation is part of your assignment.
The workplace is located in the central parts of Sunne.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with nursing care training or a nursing assistant certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare.
As a person, you are engaged in your work and responsive to clients' care needs. You are flexible and have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and collaboration skills. Experience working in healthcare and social services is a merit, and you have good IT skills. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and can communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
