When you contact the municipality, there is a good chance you will first meet one of our Contact Center staff members. In the Contact Center, 16 people work to answer your questions and guide you further when needed. The Contact Center is located in both Kungsängen and Bro and receives inquiries through in-person visits at reception, by phone, and through social media. The Contact Center now wants to strengthen its team with a flexible temporary staff member. Are you the one we're looking for?
Job Description
Together with colleagues, you will answer questions regarding the municipality's entire range of services via phone, in-person visits at reception, and through digital media. In addition to guiding and informing our citizens, the Contact Center also handles matters such as school transportation, paratransit assessments, civil ceremonies, and more.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in customer service, preferably within municipal operations or social issues in the public sector.
Is an experienced computer user, very familiar with information research, and has strong skills working in IT-based systems.
Can come in and work on short notice, but also with scheduled shifts planned well in advance.
