Rosenbergs Gård is now seeking engaged and confident hourly substitutes/treatment assistants who want to be part of our operations. About Rosenbergs Gård Rosenbergs Gård is a residential care home for girls ages 13–19. We work with young people who may have social challenges, psychiatric difficulties, and neuropsychiatric disabilities such as ADHD and autism. Our goal is to create a safe, structured, and meaningful everyday life where each young person receives support based on their individual needs. We place great emphasis on relationship-building, clarity, respect, and professional treatment. About the Role As an hourly substitute, you are an important part of the young people's daily life and work together with permanent staff to create safety, structure, and continuity. Your tasks may include: Supporting the young people in their daily routines and activities Creating safety through calm and professional treatment Motivating and supporting the young people based on their individual goals Carrying out activities and contributing to meaningful leisure time Handling situations where young people are emotionally activated or experiencing mental distress Documenting relevant events and observations Collaborating with colleagues and following the organization's routines and practices Work can occur during daytime, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. As an hourly substitute, you may be contacted for both planned shifts and on shorter notice as needed. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is confident, takes responsibility, and has a genuine interest in working with young people. You need to be able to build relationships while being clear, professional, and able to remain calm even in challenging situations. We would like to see that you have education or experience in, for example, social work, treatment, education, psychiatry, neuropsychiatric care, or a similar field. Experience from residential care homes, youth detention facilities, disability services, schools, or other treatment-oriented work is merits. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. With us, you need to be able to work both independently and with others, follow established decisions and routines, and contribute to a respectful and solution-oriented work environment.
