Hällboskolan Mälarhöjden in Stockholm serves students with severe language disorders from preschool through grade 7. Our instruction focuses on language and communication. The goal is for students to have the conditions to reach learning objectives, be engaged and active in various social contexts, and develop as individuals.

JOB DUTIES
We are now seeking substitute teachers at Hällboskolan Mälarhöjden who can step in when regular staff are absent. As a substitute teacher at Hällboskolan Mälarhöjden, you help create an inclusive and accessible learning environment—an environment that makes a difference. Work takes place throughout the school day and during leisure time and is based on our shared activity plan. You work as part of a team that together creates optimal and individualized conditions based on students' needs and circumstances.
As a substitute teacher, you will work at both Hällboskolan Mälarhöjden and Hällboskolan Mälarhöjden branch (Blekingegatan, Södermalm).
As a substitute teacher, you are available when the need arises with short notice. Being available in this way means that a new employment relationship begins each time you are called upon to work. Offers of such limited-term employment are typically made verbally. Of course, you have the right to decline assignments offered to you.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary school's child and leisure program or equivalent, and have experience working in a school.
It is meritorious if you have:
- worked with children and youth with severe language disorders
- experience with NPF diagnoses
- knowledge of TAKK
