JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking substitute workers for positions at our preschools in Älmhult Municipality. The work primarily involves substitute positions at the preschools in the Klöxhults area. You may also be asked to work at other preschools within the municipality when needed. Working as a substitute at preschool provides you with valuable work experience and can be the start of a career in early childhood education. We offer you meaningful work where you meet children ages 1-5 years. As a substitute, you must be at least 18 years old. You must have a criminal record certificate for work at a preschool. Working as a substitute means you will be booked for shifts, often with short notice, to cover for regular staff absences. You may also be offered longer substitute positions if the need arises. The position involves work at multiple preschools, with work hours varying based on operational needs. Our opening hours are 6:30 AM-6:30 PM, Monday-Friday. You work as part of a team. The work is highly varied—you will assist with teaching, social activities, childcare, and practical tasks. Activities are also conducted outdoors. We work every day to provide quality education and care. You are bound by confidentiality in all operations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, and has excellent collaboration skills. You have good Swedish language skills. We primarily seek candidates with education in pedagogy/childcare. Applicants with other professional experience are of course welcome to apply. It is advantageous if you have a B driver's license and access to your own vehicle, as this enables you to work both in central locations and in rural areas.
