About the Role As an assistant, you will be her important support regarding training, play, development, and participation in family life. She lives with her family in Nässjö. Your work shifts will include picking up the girl when she comes home from after-school care, followed by afternoons involving play, training, activities, and support in spending time with her family. Assistance may also be needed during school breaks and weekends. Part of your work will involve helping the girl communicate with the world around her and assisting with personal hygiene. Requirements You are a woman who enjoys working with children and has experience as a personal assistant or in similar work. It is important that you are calm, responsible, and patient to best help the girl progress in training and development. You should be attentive to the girl's daily condition and needs. Chemistry between you, the girl, and her family is important. The position provides valuable experience working with people and demonstrates responsibility. Documentation is part of the role, so you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. To be considered for the position, you must be a non-smoker. There are some physical tasks involved, but heavier lifting is done using a lift when transferring, for example between bed and wheelchair. Assistance with personal hygiene is also included.
