As a student assistant, you will work both during school hours and during after-school care or short-term supervision/LSS after school. The assignment applies during temporary absence of regular staff, which can be both planned and unplanned, meaning you may be asked to work on short notice such as the same day, but also for work shifts further in the future. Work Tasks As a student assistant in an adapted school, your main responsibility is to lead, support, and challenge students in everyday situations. We work with a focus on both the group and the individual by using language-developing methods and accessible teaching, as well as a low-emotional approach. Working in a team with a holistic perspective and flexibility throughout the student's day is something we see as a natural part. As a student assistant, you participate in all the students' activities during school hours and in after-school activities and adapt yourself to the children's specific needs. Qualifications We are looking for you who are trained as a student assistant. We also welcome applications from those with similar competencies such as nursing assistants, childcare workers, or teacher assistants. The work requires that you are confident in your professional role and can work independently and have a good ability to see opportunities in different situations. As a person, you have good interpersonal skills, good cooperation skills, and an interest in working together in a team with different professional categories.
