We are currently looking for care assistants and nursing assistants who can work as temporary staff at our elderly care homes in central Huddinge. The facilities are called Västergården, Björnkulla, Tallgården, and Rosendalsgården. All are a short distance from Huddinge center and are easily accessible by bus or car. Rosendalsgården has spaces for people with somatic conditions, while our other facilities have spaces for both people with somatic illness and dementia. The tasks include meeting our residents' individual needs for care, support, and activities. You treat the residents with respect, focusing on making them feel secure and involved in their care. The assignment also includes medication handling following delegation from a nurse. This position is a temporary assignment (hourly position) with work based on the facility's needs. You are offered work shifts according to your availability, which you can accept or decline via our staffing system. Your Profile To be eligible for work, you need to be available at least three days per week and be able to work varying hours that may occur during day and evening, on weekdays and weekends. We also seek night staff. The work requires high flexibility and you need to be available on short notice. We would like you to be able to start immediately. You have experience working in elderly care, preferably at an elderly care home. It is particularly meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant, as well as have work experience with dementia and medication delegation. The work requires initiative, teamwork ability, and problem-solving skills. You need to be confident and comfortable working with people who need a great deal of continuity, structure, and care. We seek someone with a professional approach characterized by good regard for people and good conduct. You have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
