Anton Stöd & Boende AB operates a residential care facility in central Kristianstad. Within the group, Anton Utbildning AB runs two primary schools and associated preschools in Kristianstad. In April 2020, Anton HVB launched a new operation in Malmö—Supported Housing for ages 16-20 with nine places. The facility is located in central Malmö. Our target group consists of young people with psychosocial challenges who live in conflict-ridden homes or have otherwise unsatisfactory home situations. At Anton Stöd & Boende, we are passionate about working from clear core values and believe in creating safe environments with trustworthy adults for our young people. Our goal is for young people to practice and develop in secure settings and be prepared for independent adult life. Young people are offered individually tailored support based on their needs. We believe our supported housing should be built on clear structure and routines where young people receive the support and guidance they need to function in their daily lives and to continue developing. We are looking for someone with a calm, measured approach and the ability to manage stress. The role demands high flexibility and strong collaboration skills. Your Role As a care worker, you will base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes, providing support in daily life using a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff, you will work toward making each day meaningful and engaging. You will support and guide residents with meals, exercise, cleaning, finances, leisure interests, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to encourage and motivate residents to continue their schooling or other activities. Your responsibilities include documenting and planning based on care plans. Your Qualifications You have education and/or experience in treatment and care work. Experience working with this target group is a merit. Training and/or experience in MI, RePulse, or Connect is also a merit. You have good computer skills and documentation experience. Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We strive for gender balance and view diversity as a strength. Personal qualities are weighted heavily. A B-category driver's license and a satisfactory police certificate from the police suspicion and criminal record register are required.
