The boy is mobile with some need of support for walking due to balance issues, wears diapers, and needs help with all aspects of his daily life. This work is suitable for you if you: Have great patience and a calm approach Are attentive, empathetic, and focused on the boy and the work as a whole - quick to learn Understand children's different needs Adapt your approach based on the child's needs/development level and master low-arousal behavior management Have the ability to wait and not get stressed Can use public transportation and are not allergic to fur-bearing animals (required) Can sit still for long periods but also have the ability to be active for extended periods Meritorious experience: Small children Epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and autism AAC/TAKK/Sign language Feeeding tube/gastrostomy and medications Have worked with people who have functional variations We offer: Introduction and support Possible opportunity for a permanent position in the future Greatest weight is placed on personal suitability.
